Sailing Tour Around Lake Balaton

"Discover the Hungarian Sea!"

Throughout our sailing careers, we've met many skilled sailors who, for one reason or another, never dared to venture beyond their home port. Often, the reason is simple: lack of local knowledge.

We'd like to change that. That's why we're organizing a group sailing tour around Lake Balaton, planned for early autumn or spring (exact dates will be announced later).

Purpose of the Tour:

To introduce sailors to the main harbors of Lake Balaton, such as:
Balatonföldvár, Siófok, Badacsony, Szigliget, Balatonszemes, Balatonboglár–Lelle, Keszthely, and more.

We'll cover:

• Guest dock availability & harbor infrastructure

• Local highlights and gastronomy

• Handling real-life challenges while touring (e.g. reefing, anchoring, route planning)

Our Main Goal:

To give you the confidence to explore beyond your usual sailing area and enjoy independent cruising on the beautiful Lake Balaton.

Participation:

You can sign up individually or as a group, with your own boat or a rented one.
Have your own boat but prefer an experienced skipper on board? We've got you covered.

Pricing:

• With your own boat: 7,500 HUF / person / day

• Optional skipper fee: 30,000 HUF / day

• Boat rental (if needed): 50,000 – 150,000 HUF / day
  (depending on the size and type of boat)
